As drone photography becomes more prevalent in my field, there remains a necessity to resort to helicopters for capturing images from elevated positions that surpass the typical capabilities of drones. While drones can operate at altitudes exceeding the legal limit of 400 feet, the process, time, and expenses involved in obtaining the necessary permissions to unlock these restrictions make hiring a helicopter a more practical choice than relying solely on drones.
